As part of the bands rhythm section, Stu provides the essential link between beat and melody in the form of funky fast fingered bass.
A true technician, Stu's ability to hold down a groove is one of the key factors in The Guards' ability to keep a crowd dancing.Stu's been playing bass from the age of 15 and is completely self-taught. He joined the band in 2009 after jamming with Jason while trying to get back into music after an eight year break to raise a family.
